Title: New Feature: Simplifying Tracking With Team Input
We’re all about listening to our users and building features that solve real problems. That’s why we build publicly—so you can see exactly what’s in the works and help shape the future of our platform.
Recently, one of you asked for a way to make it easier for admins to figure out if certain tools should be tracked, especially when they’re not sure what everyone in the team is using.
We heard you. And we got to work.
Here’s What We Built:
Ask Your Team
Admins can now ping team members directly through PinnOne to confirm if a tool should be tracked. It’s a simple way to cut down on guesswork and make sure nothing important slips through the cracks.Team-Added Spend
If your team members know how much a tool costs, they can now add that info directly in PinnOne. This gives you a more accurate picture of your organization’s software spend without extra digging or back-and-forth emails.
Why It Matters
Tracking your software stack shouldn’t feel like a chore. These updates make it even simpler to:
Get a complete view of what tools your organization uses.
Avoid missed opportunities to track costs.
Save money on autopilot by spotting waste and unused tools faster.

What’s Next?
This feature came directly from a user suggestion on our public roadmap. If you’ve got an idea to make PinnOne even better, we’d love to hear it. Vote for features or submit your own—because your input drives what we build.
As always, thanks for helping us make software management simple.
